Please note that feminine hygiene products such as sanitary pads and menstrual pants are exempt from California sales tax. While no tax is collected or remitted on these items, businesses are still required to maintain an active California seller’s permit and file sales tax returns (quarterly or annually, depending on CDTFA requirements). These filings must still be submitted, even though no tax payment is due for these exempt products.
What systems are provided for the H2H distributor?
Every H2H distributor will have his/her own access to Big Commerce. This is FREE, proudly sponsored by H2H Distribution. Here are your primary uses as a buyer/distributor portal (with Supplier Access).
1. Product Catalog Access
Browse your supplier’s catalog in real time. See product details, pricing, and availability. Download or share digital catalogs with your own customers.
2. Inventory Visibility
Check stock levels before committing to orders. Avoid backorders by confirming availability directly in the system.
Plan your own distribution based on supplier inventory. You can use this widget to input text into the page.
3. Order Tracking
Monitor the status of your orders (pending, shipped, delivered). Receive automated updates and shipping confirmations.
Reduce manual follow‑ups with your supplier.
4. Invoices & Payments
Access invoices generated by your supplier. Pay directly through integrated payment gateways. Track outstanding balances and payment history.
5. Customer Account Management (Limited)
Depending on how your supplier configures access, you may be able to:
View your purchase history.
Manage your account details.
Download past invoices for record‑keeping.

Do you offer incentives for bulk orders?

Who covers the shipping cost for orders outside California or beyond hand‑delivery distance?
We share the responsibility. H2H Distribution partners with you to keep costs fair — we work directly with carriers to secure wholesale shipping rates so both sides benefit. Our goal is to make distribution accessible, not stressful.
What is your return policy?
We want every customer to feel confident and cared for.
Returns are accepted within 10 days of receiving your order, as long as items are unopened, unused, and in their original packaging. Because these are personal‑care products, opened bags cannot be returned — we honor the dignity and safety of every customer.
What are the payment terms?
We understand that starting out takes trust and flexibility.
For new distributors:
A 50% deposit is all you need to place your first order. The remaining 50% is due within 30 days of delivery.
For ongoing orders: Payment is made in full at pickup.
For high‑volume partners: We may offer up to Net 30 terms, depending on credit status. We want to build long‑term relationships, not one‑time transactions.
What happens if my order arrives damaged or incomplete?
We’ll take care of it together. Just let us know within a few days, and we’ll work quickly to replace or resolve the issue. Your peace of mind matters to us.
What is the minimum order quantity (MOQ)?
To help every distributor get started easily, our MOQ is one carton (48 bags). We keep it simple and manageable so you can grow at your own pace.
Do you provide support for new distributors?
Absolutely. You’re not just a distributor — you’re part of the H2H family. We offer product guidance, community‑focused messaging, and ongoing support to help you grow with confidence.
Do you offer samples?
Yes. We want you to feel the quality firsthand before sharing it with your community. Samples help you introduce products with trust and transparency.

Orders are processed within 72 business hours. We work hard to prepare your products quickly and carefully.
Can I schedule recurring monthly orders?
Yes, absolutely. Monthly recurring orders are welcome and encouraged — they help ensure consistent supply for your community.
Can I mix different sizes or products in one carton?
Because our products are pre‑packed at the factory, cartons cannot be mixed with different sizes or product types. This helps maintain quality, accuracy, and hygiene for every order.
